Young's Equipment Inc., southern Saskatchewan's largest Case IH agricultural equipment dealer is looking for an Ag Machinery Salesperson who is a diligent and self-motivated individual with strong agricultural knowledge to join our Assiniboia team. We focus on delivering exceptional customer service to a thriving agricultural community across our nine locations. Well-established and family owned, Young's Equipment is continuously growing.

The Role You Will Play:

Promote and sell new/used equipment to the customers in a defined sales territory; Build and maintain positive relationships with customers in order to grow the business; Keep up to date with product knowledge, the characteristics and the advantages of all equipment which the company could sell; Inform the customers about our product offering, as well as promoting diverse purchasing options; Work with other departments to ensure the overall success, customer satisfaction and probability expected from a high profile dealership.

Background Profile:

An ideal candidate would possess previous sales experience and knowledge of agricultural equipment; Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); Strong negotiating skills; Ability to understand and communicate financing with customers; Computer experience as well as ability to travel on a regular basis is esstential.
