Cornerstone Co-op invites applications for the position of Ag Equipment Representative to join our Home Centre team on a full-time basis at our location in Wainwright, AB. Reporting to the Home Centre Manager. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Engage and interact with member-owners and customers to provide outstanding Co-op experiences
• Call-on and develop new potential customers
• You will track daily calls and opportunities
• Promote the product and service lines available at the Co-op while adapting to changing market conditions
• You will continuously look for new ways to drive sales and grow market share
• Ensure sales goals are achieved
• Communicate professionally with suppliers and act as a facilitator for the resolution of product complaints
• Pricing, price checks, sales, ordering and inventory of agricultural equipment supplies and feed.
• Be goal oriented seeking both professional and personal development by attending training seminars where possible
• You will travel across our trading area
• Prepare annual sales forecasting
• Provide world-class service to our members and guests by living our brand expectations
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Able to work a variety of shifts \xe2\x80\x93 including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays on a rotational basis
• Demonstrate day-to-day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative\'s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety

• You have education or experience in agriculture sales; a diploma or degree in agriculture would be considered an asset
• You have knowledge of grain handling equipment (augers, grain bins, etc.) and animal feed (commercial and retail)
• You have strong problem-solving skills
• You have a class 5 drivers license and can provide a clean driving record
• You\xe2\x80\x99re able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
• You\xe2\x80\x99re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
