Job Description

We are currently growing our team, and are looking for an individual who is efficient, effective and able to operate in a fast-paced environment. Supervisors set the tone and lead by example. We will provide full training for all roles, so although preferred, previous experience is not required.

Friendly and outgoing Walking and standing for long periods of time Ability to work under pressure in a high fast-paced environment adhering to tight deadlines Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Are able to engage others and develop high performance within your team Customer service or Restaurant background preferred Customer satisfaction mindset Friendly and outgoing Flexible schedule Must be able to lift 25 lbs Able to supervise 10-18 employees Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and your teams Enjoy leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment and develop high performance within your team Have strong operational experience Have a passion for coaching and mentoring and are comfortable delegating tasks Are ready to take on the full responsibility of running shifts at a busy Tim Hortons restaurant
