Portland Tractor Inc. is looking for a driven

Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative

to join our team in

Langley, British Columbia

. As the Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative, you will join a dynamic sales team that collaborates to support its growing customer base. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn industry-leading sales techniques and gain in-depth product knowledge.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities




As the Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:


Manage inbound leads and provide customer service to existing customers Understand customer needs, educate them on options, and offer solutions Manage customer relations through the entire sales cycle Identify new business through prospecting and cold calls Participate in quarterly trips to key customers and prospects in your territory Acquire product knowledge on construction and mining equipment

Required Skills & Qualifications




The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:


Post-secondary education in a related field such as business administration Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous sales and/or parts experience is a strong asset A customer service mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident self-starter with a strong ability to solve problems and identify solutions A sales hunter mentality and a willingness to continuously learn and grow Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

The base pay for this role is: $45,000 base salary, plus bonus and uncapped commission. OTE in the first year is approximately $70,000-$75,000.
