ODRA Road Sweepers is a fast-growing manufacturer of chassis-mounted mechanical street sweepers, known for performance, simplicity, and reliability. With operations in Canada and the U.S. and expanding into global markets including the Middle East and Africa, ODRA is scaling its aftermarket parts business to meet growing demand and strengthen its market position.
Position Overview
At ODRA, you won't inherit a playbook -- you'll help write it. This role suits someone who thrives in a high-ownership, entrepreneurial environment where initiative, creativity, and hands-on execution shape real business outcomes.
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful individual to build and lead ODRA's aftermarket parts ecosystem. This role blends strategic sourcing, supplier development, margin analysis, and customer insight to identify, validate, and deliver high-demand components that support our customers and dealer network.
You'll work closely with engineering, sales, and operations to create a structured aftermarket program, coordinate replication and sourcing efforts, and help shape the future of ODRA's aftermarket strategy.
This is a builder role -- ideal for someone who thrives in free-form environments and enjoys turning field insight into commercial success.
We value people who get out of the office, walk the shop floor, visit customers, and solve problems hands-on. If you prefer a corporate procurement desk, this isn't the place. If you love taking ownership, talking to mechanics, building supplier relationships, and making things happen -- join us.
