Aftermarket Manager

What You'll Do:
Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of Aftermarket Customer Service Representatives.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and issue resolution.
Operational Oversight: Streamline processes to support parts, rentals, and service functions.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Service, and other departments to align goals and improve customer outcomes.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and coach your team for continuous improvement.

What You Bring:
Proven leadership experience, ideally in an Aftermarket or Parts/Service environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of agricultural equipment or heavy-duty parts is an asset.
