Job Description

Erudite School is searching for a teacher of Mathematics and Chess for the After-School Club program.

Main duties:

Deliver a Competitive level of Mathematics to small after-school groups of students Using school materials and preparing materials for the class Run a Chess club program for beginner and intermediate level.
Qualifications:

Solid knowledge of the Ontario Curriculum in Mathematics Ability to deliver competitive-level programmes in Mathematics Ability to teach Mathematics in Grades One through Eight Ability to work with different learning levels within the group Ability to play Chess on intermediate or advanced (preferable) level Previous teaching experience
The candidate should be available to work during weekdays from 4 pm to 6 pm. Days could be flexible.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
