Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic After School Program Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing support and fun activities for children in a safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children, and experience working with children, self motivated and some basic knowledge of sports

Responsibilities

Watch over children and make sure they are safe Providing fun ideas for games and activities; keeping things fresh. Help children feel happy after a long day at school. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children. Collaborate with other staff to enhance the After School experience. Provide constructive feedback to parents. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Experience in early childhood education or related field is preferred but not mandatory Strong background in support for children. Ability to engage with children effectively and create positive relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with Elementary children Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Valid Driver's License (in case of Emergency)

Pay

2 Month Probationary period of $17.50/hour then raise to $20/hour
