After School Program Leader
Job Description
```Duties```
- Plan and implement educational programs and activities for children
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lessons and curriculum
- Provide individualized support and tutoring to children as needed
- Monitor and assess children's progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with other program leaders to coordinate activities and events
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and progress
```Qualifications```
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and engage children in a positive manner
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in working with diverse groups of children
- Ability to provide tutoring support in various subjects
