Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as School Program Staff. This role is essential in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children. The ideal candidates will have a passion for education and experience working with children, contributing to their growth and development through various educational activities.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and lead educational activities that promote learning and development among children with games, crafts and classes. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all participants. Collaborate with fellow staff members to plan and implement effective lesson plans tailored to the needs of the children. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents or guardians as necessary. Engage with students in a positive manner, encouraging participation and fostering a love for learning. Assist in maintaining program materials and resources, ensuring they are organized and accessible.

Qualifications

Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. A passion for educating children and helping them reach their full potential. Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the program.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
