Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher/Early Childhood Education Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for children and will be responsible for educating and inspiring students. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance the educational experience of students. Utilize various teaching methods, including tutoring, to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and early childhood education trends.

Skills

Experience working with children in an educational and playful setting is essential. Strong ability to educate and inspire students through innovative teaching methods. Proficiency in tutoring techniques that support individual learning needs. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and record keeping. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence in managing classroom activities.
