Job Description

Arbutus Kids World Society is looking to hire one new staff member to join our team. We need one energetic, motivated, creative person to work Monday to Friday 2:30 - 6:00 pm.

The successful candidate will be working with a group of children aged 5-11 collaborating with 2 other staff members to create a fun and inclusive environment through the implementation of age appropriate activities.
This position has full time opportunities on school closure days, during spring break and through the summer holidays. There will also be opportunities to sub in preschool if applicant has their ECE or ECEA. Applicant must be able to work the days and hours specified above.

Applicant must have;

clean criminal record check minimum one year child care experience responsible adult course or any course relevant to child development. Valid first aid (or ability to obtain within first 3 months) live within the area or ability to easily travel to and from the area at the times specified.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2023-09-11
