Role Summary
We're seeking a dedicated
After-Sales Services Lead
to help customers with startup, commissioning, and ongoing support of HVAC equipment--
air-to-water heat pumps
,
geothermal heat pumps
,
solar thermal
, and
hybrid PV-thermal (PVT) panels
. You'll be the technical point of contact post-sale, ensuring reliable operation, smooth handovers, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute after-sales strategies aligned with company targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Guide customers through
pre-startup
checks and readiness.
Provide
startup and commissioning
advice; when needed, lead on-site commissioning, validate hydronics and controls, and deliver documented handovers.
Diagnose and resolve field issues (mechanical, electrical, refrigerant, hydronic, controls).
Support BMS integration (
BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU/TCP
): mapping, scaling, alarms, trends, and verification.
Manage parts & warranties (RMA creation, returns coordination, tracking to closure).
Train installers/operators (on-site and virtual) and maintain accurate CRM/service reports.
Qualifications
Education:
DCS/DEC in HVAC/Instrumentation or B.Eng. (Mechanical/Electrical).
Experience:
4+ years in heat pumps/hydronics/commissioning or field service; proven after-sales leadership in renewable energy or related sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building; self-motivated and results-oriented; comfortable in a dynamic environment.

responsable des services apres-vente
pour accompagner nos clients lors du demarrage, de la mise en service et du l'entretien des equipements CVAC :
thermopompes air-eau

thermopompes geothermiques

solaire thermique
et
panneaux hybrides PV-thermique (PVT)
. Vous serez la reference technique apres la vente, assurant une exploitation fiable, des remises de dossiers completes et une satisfaction client exemplaire.
Responsabilites cles
Elaborer et executer des strategies apres-vente alignees sur les objectifs de l'entreprise.
Maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, partenaires et parties prenantes.
Guider les clients dans les
verifications pre-demarrage
et l'etat de preparation.
Offrir des conseils de
demarrage et mise en service
; au besoin, gerer la mise en service sur site, valider les indtallations hydroniques et les controles, puis remettre la documentation de fin de travaux.
Diagnostiquer et resoudre les problemes sur le terrain (mecanique, electrique, refrigeration, hydronique, controles).
Appuyer l'integration GTC/BMS (
BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU/TCP
) : cartographie, echelles, alarmes, tendances et verifications.
Gerer les pieces et garanties (creation de RMA, coordination des retours, suivi jusqu'a la cloture).
Former les installateurs/operateurs (sur site et virtuel) et maintenir a jour les rapports de service/CRM.
Qualifications
Scolarite :
DEC en
CVAC/Instrumentation
ou Bac en genie
mecanique/electrique
.
Experience :
4+ ans en thermopompes/hydronique/mise en service ou service terrain; experience averee en leadership apres-vente dans les secteurs des energies renouvelables ou connexes.
Technique :
Balancement hydronique, Reservoirs tampons, courbes de pompes; maitrise des instruments de diagnostic; integration
BACnet/Modbus
.
Aptitudes :
Excellente communication, presentation, negociation et developpement de relations; autonome, axe(e) sur les resultats; a l'aise dans un environnement dynamique.
