The role also involves planning, coordinating and ensuring the administrative follow-up of marketing and merchandising activities for RONA affiliated dealers.Your roleWork in collaboration with several category managers in order to fully understand all current projects.
Support the team in tasks related to the various marketing and merchandising programs
Support the team in tasks related to trade shows and other business events.
If necessary, contact suppliers or partners to obtain missing information.
Ensure that all partners involved meet deadlines, as applicable.
Raises issues and actively participates in the resolution of issues
Produce presentations, reports and other professional or executive documents required for all projects if applicable
Perform quality control on the information collected, as well as ensuring compliance, consistency and quality.
Perform other related tasks as required.The qualifications we are looking forCollege diploma
Excellent analytical skills, as well as the ability to derive insights from data and define appropriate next steps
Problem-solving skills, creativity and motivation
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to build good relationships with different stakeholders
Excellent time management skills and excellent organizational skills
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work in a team, methodical, organized, efficient and autonomous manner
Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
Knowledge of retail (an asset)
