La Bella Beauty Bar is a boutique spa + medical aesthetics committed to providing excellent treatments in a beautiful space downtown Kingston.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician/Nail Technician to join our team. As an Aesthetician, you will provide a range of beauty services to our clients, helping them look and feel their best. If you have a strong background in Aesthetics or working in a spa or clinic please apply.

Duties:

- Perform various aesthetic treatments such as facials, massage, waxing, and body treatments

- Offer nail care services such as manicures and pedicures

- Assist clients in choosing the right products for their skincare needs

- Provide skincare consults with medical grade skincare

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns

- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client's experience

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge and experience in Medical Aestheteics or Aesthetics

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Proficiency in front desk operations and appointment scheduling

- Experience in retail sales and achieving sales targets

- May have experience with eyelash extension application and maintenance

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively

- Upselling abilities to promote additional services or products

- Knowledge of nail care techniques for manicures and pedicures
