The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of beauty treatments, educating clients on skincare products, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of aesthetic services including Manicures, Pedicures, Facials Body sugaring/waxing, Body Treatments. Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate products based on individual client needs. Demonstrate product usage and benefits during retail sales interactions to enhance customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and front desk area. Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and promote additional services through effective upselling techniques. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

Valid aesthetician license in accordance with state regulations. Proven experience in the areas listed above. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to demonstrate product knowledge effectively during demos and retail sales interactions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.77 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
