Medcare Aesthetics Avalon Mall branch is seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facial skincare and beauty treatments, with a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As an Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients through personalized treatments and expert advice.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials, IPL hair removal, Body Contour, lashes, teeth whitening and relaxation massage that are tailored to individual client needs, if willing to be trained , Training will be provided.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' concerns and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Engage in upselling services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with guests through effective communication and hospitality skills.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Experience

- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the Aesthetics industry or medical background , if willing to be trained , training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- A commitment to providing outstanding guest services and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations is essential.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
