Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Aesthetician to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in medical aesthetics--we will provide comprehensive training on all advanced treatments and medical-grade technologies.

The ideal candidate has strong foundational skincare skills, excellent client care instincts, and is eager to learn and grow in a supportive medical spa environment.

What You'll Learn

We provide full, hands-on training in:

Advanced PicoWay laser and laser safety protocols RF microneedling systems (Candela Matrix) Medical-grade chemical peels HydraFacial and advanced facial techniques Skin analysis and assessment methods Treatment planning in collaboration with our medical team Medical-grade skincare product lines (Korean and clinical formulations)

Key Responsibilities

Perform aesthetic treatments including facials, peels, and hydrafacials (with progression to advanced treatments as training is completed) Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments to develop customized treatment plans Educate clients on proper skincare regimens and recommend appropriate medical-grade products Social media content creation, including before/after documentation, current trends, and client education posts Maintain detailed client records and treatment documentation in our EMR system Ensure all treatments are performed safely and in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with medical team members to optimize client outcomes Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment Stay current with the latest aesthetic trends, techniques, and technologies

Required Qualifications

Esthetician diploma from an accredited institution Genuine passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their goals Excellent client consultation and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques Ability to work collaboratively in a medical team environment

Preferred Skills & Experience (Bonuses, Not Required)

Previous experience in a spa, or clinic setting Familiarity with facial treatments and basic skincare protocols Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships Interest in social media and digital content creation Sales aptitude with comfort recommending treatments and products
