Responsibilities

Perform a range of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations Assist clients at the front desk with check-in, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services and products Conduct product demos and upsell skincare or beauty products to enhance client results and satisfaction Provide professional hair styling services when required, including nail care services as part of comprehensive beauty offerings Engage in retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to ensure optimal results Support team efforts in maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction

Requirements

Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or skincare specialist Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean treatment environment Ability to promote retail sales through effective upselling techniques while prioritizing guest needs Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients at the front desk and during consultations Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus but not required Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed; a professional appearance and demeanor are essential

Pay: $17.42-$28.89 per hour
