We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests. Your expertise in various aesthetic treatments will be essential in helping clients achieve their beauty goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a flair for upselling products and services, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties

Perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, waxing, and laser hair removal. Provide nail care services that enhance the overall experience of our guests. Engage with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of skincare products. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Deliver exceptional guest services by ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Ability to communicate clearly with clients in English and French

Experience

Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Minimum 3 years. Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Experience in upselling services and retail sales is highly desirable. Background in holistic therapy or massage therapy is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $15.25-$37.36 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
