We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team in providing exceptional beauty and skincare services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' experiences through personalized treatments and expert advice on skincare products.

Duties

Deliver a range of aesthetic services, including body waxing, facial, eyelash extensions . Provide exceptional guest services by actively listening to client needs and tailoring treatments accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with industry standards. Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of various skincare products. Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. Engage in effective communication with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. Support front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and managing client inquiries. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the client experience while promoting additional services.

Experience

Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Familiarity with sanitation protocols and best practices in aesthetic services. Experience in retail sales or hospitality is a plus, demonstrating an ability to promote products confidently. Knowledge of various aesthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is preferred. Pay: $17.20-$50.32 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
