Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall guest experience through your expertise in skincare, massage, waxing, eyelash extensions, nail care including, manicure and pedicure along with a passion for wellness, and customer service.

Duties

Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, and manicure/pedicure treatments tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate products and services. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with industry standards. Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage. Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and processing payments. Foster positive guest relations by delivering outstanding customer service throughout their visit. Promote retail sales of skincare products and other services to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience in a hospitality-focused environment.

Skills

Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in product demos and knowledge of various skincare products. Experience in front desk operations within a spa or salon setting is preferred. Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to maintain a safe environment for clients. Knowledge of guest services principles to create an inviting atmosphere for all clients. Skills in hair removal, lash lift, tinting, manicure and pedicure, massage, body treatments and skin care techniques to enhance client appearances as needed. Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to recommend products confidently. Familiarity with nail care or lash extensions can be beneficial but is not required.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op

Pay: $18.53-$20.33 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 27 per week
