What You'll Do
Develop and grow long-term relationships with plastic surgeons, general surgeons, hospitals, and private surgical centers in your region
Conduct face-to-face meetings and OR presentations to promote premium surgical instruments and consumables
Design and execute your own territory strategy - you set the schedule, client approach, and growth plan
Identify new business opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and stay ahead of market trends
Represent trusted, high-demand brands used in top-tier surgical and reconstructive procedures
Who You Are
Must-Haves
Proven success in medical device or surgical supply sales (3+ years preferred)
Strong relationships with surgeons, OR managers, and surgical facilities
Solid network within the Canadian surgical or plastic surgery community (highly preferred)
Self-motivated and organized, with the drive to work independently and deliver results
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Based in Canada with legal authorization to work as an independent contractor
Bonus Points For:
Experience with leading brands such as Integra LifeSciences, Keir Surgical, ASSI, Medtronic, Stryker, or Ethicon
Knowledge of sterile technique, wound closure products, or capital equipment
Established relationships with hospital purchasing departments or private surgical centers
Proven experience selling in the OR environment
