Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Aesthetic Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to begin or advance their career in medical aesthetics under the supervision of an experienced physician.

About the Role

As an Aesthetic Assistant, you'll work closely with our medical and aesthetic team, assisting in day-to-day treatments and client care. This hands-on role offers valuable training in advanced aesthetic procedures including laser treatments, medical facials, and skincare therapies. Throughout your time here, you will receive comprehensive training to eventually perform laser treatments, facials, and other aesthetic procedures independently under supervision. You'll also support our clinic operations through scheduling coordination and social media content creation. You'll gain practical skills and experience in a professional clinical setting with mentorship and guidance every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support

Assist with preparation and clean-up of treatment rooms Support aesthetic providers during services (e.g. facials, laser, peels) Learn and help operate advanced skincare technology under supervision Provide excellent customer service and maintain client comfort Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space
Administrative & Scheduling

Assist with appointment scheduling and patient coordination Help manage clinic schedule and coordinate patient flow

Social Media & Marketing

Create and post engaging social media content showcasing treatments and results Capture before/after photos and treatment videos (with proper patient consent) Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a professional manner Stay current with social media trends in the aesthetic industry

Required Qualifications

Interest or background in skincare, beauty, or medical aesthetics Eagerness to learn and grow in a clinical environment Comfort with social media platforms and content creation Basic scheduling and organizational skills Must be comfortable being on camera and creating video content Professional, friendly, and team-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting No prior laser or aesthetic certification required training provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
