Position Summary
To ensure that airlines operating CRJ aircraft can continue flying safely and reliably, MHIRJ has established a global support ecosystem-with its Customer Response Center (CRC) at the heart of it. As the main point of contact for all technical and parts-related inquiries regarding the CRJ fleet, the CRC operates 24/7, 365 days a year, delivering live, comprehensive support.
CRC personnel come from diverse backgrounds, including mechanical and avionics professionals who have worked on the CRJ production line, as well as individuals with experience in heavy checks, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), and general, business, and commercial aviation. These experts specialize in urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations and routine requests, providing immediate support ranging from aircraft troubleshooting and technical problem resolution to dispatching field assistance or shipping critical components.
