Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Continuous Improvement Leader
to serve as a key member of the "Transformation Office" and support initiatives as defined and prioritized via the Office. . In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving organizational efficiency, scalability, and growth by leading initiatives that streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and support digital transformation.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Lean methodologies, process mapping, and change management, with the ability to partner across departments to identify, prioritize, and deliver impactful improvements. As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will help Fleet Canada prepare for high-paced growth by optimizing operations and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives as prioritized by the Transformation Office.
Define, document, and maintain a comprehensive list of Fleet's key business processes.
Conduct process mapping, analysis, and value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
Collaborate with managers and employees to implement process improvements and drive projects to completion.
Support integration of new processes into corporate documentation, manuals, and End User Procedures (EUPs).
Partner with IT and programmers to enable digital transformation and ERP workflow enhancements.
Regularly track and present KPIs to demonstrate improvements in throughput, responsiveness, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with a focus on Process Improvements .
Demonstrated success managing continuous improvement and Lean projects.
Experience with ERP workflows and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
