A Day in the Life
As the Advocacy & Influence Manager, you'll lead the planning, development, and execution of brand engagement strategies for CeraVe in Canada. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to increase brand exposure, strengthen brand equity, and drive advocacy among influencers, consumers, and healthcare professionals.
Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
Advocacy, Influence & PR

  • Champion the CeraVe A&I strategy with agency partners, from brief development to execution.
  • Implement the brand's advocacy tone of voice in Canada, selecting the right partners, negotiating contracts, and managing briefs.
  • Collaborate with global and North American teams to activate key brand moments.
  • Support PR efforts by assisting the agency with documentation, assets, and initiatives to secure visibility among Canadian media stakeholders.
  • Lead product-led influencer initiatives, integrating them into 360 campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of the brand cause initiative in collaboration with medical teams.
Events & Community Management
  • Plan and execute CeraVe events across Canada (4 tentpole moments annually).
  • Manage online community engagement, ensuring a 100% response rate for reviews and comments.
Budget Management
  • Track and manage the A&I budget, ensuring strategic allocation and reconciliation.

We Are Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams (digital, commercial, marketing, medical) and external agencies.
  • Trend Awareness: Strong appetite for online trends (trend hacking, content tone of voice, etc.).
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing plans.
  • Skincare Sensitivity: Deep understanding of how to communicate CeraVe's DNA across touchpoints.
  • Relationship Building: Strong desire to build connections and long-lasting relationships.
Additionally, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
