We are seeking an Advisor to join our team in Edmonton, Toronto or Vancouver.



This role focuses on providing customized financial solutions to clients in Edmonton, Toronto or Vancouver. with an emphasis on individual insurance and investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise and sell products such as life insurance, critical illness insurance, disability insurance, health and dental plans, segregated funds, and annuities. Opportunity to sell mutual funds for those with a valid license. Build and maintain long-term client relationships while ensuring high levels of professional service. Support the company's growth by helping clients achieve their financial and insurance goals. Maintain full compliance with licensing requirements to sell People Corporation's products and services. Frequently travel within the region for in-person client meetings.

To be successful as an Advisor at People Corporation, you will need:

Valid or in-progress LLQP certification. Post-secondary education in business, sales, or marketing. In-depth knowledge of the individual insurance products available in the region. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Proven experience in lead generation, sales processes, and securing new business in a B2C environment. Established client base or network of potential prospects.

All star candidates will have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in business development. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client interactions. Deep understanding of individual insurance, investments, and related products. Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to promote the organization's strengths. Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams (accounts, marketing, underwriting, pricing, etc.).
