WSP Global is currently seeking an Advisor, Global Internal Communications to join its Global communications team.

Reporting to the Director, Global Communications the successful candidate will actively contribute to the direction and implementation of internal communications at WSP, a rapidly evolving global enterprise.

Working in a fast-paced organizational context where creativity and innovation are encouraged, the successful candidate will play a key role in defining WSP\xe2\x80\x99s communications signature by developing strategies and communications assets designed to drive business results and foster a strong culture of teamwork and inclusivity.

A day in the life:

• Contribute to the development and activation of global internal communication strategies and plans with a view to engaging employees with WSP\xe2\x80\x99s vision and business approach.
• Write communication plans, key messages, presentations, and provide communications consulting and guidance to support global internal corporate stakeholders.
• Write engaging content to support day-to-day internal communications projects and promote WSP\xe2\x80\x99s unique employee value proposition.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of WSP\xe2\x80\x99s new employee engagement platform.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining WSP\xe2\x80\x99s global internal communications calendar.
• Collaborate with the broader Global and Regional Marketing & Communications teams on key initiatives.
• Achieve quality goals and ensure consistency of deliverables (on time/on brand).

What you\'ll bring to WSP ...

• Proven communications professional with 7+ years of experience, including internal program development.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced role and hands-on strategic and tactical delivery.
• Adaptable to changing priorities, with perseverance to stay the course on long-term initiatives.
• Client/solution oriented.
• Agile team player focused on concrete results.
• Bilingual (EN/FR) with superior English writing skills.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or a related field.
• Graduate degree in business administration, communications or a related field an asset.
