:Advisor, Customer HappinessSearching for:Customer Service Representative. The RoleThis role focuses on helping ATCOenergy customers love the places they live and work. As we continue to grow, our Happiness Advisors will be cross-trained to handle the needs of both R\xc3\xbcmi Products & Services and ATCOenergy clients. Our operations span 7 days a week and we\'re looking for flexible team players to join us!On a daily basis you\'ll\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Be the direct support line for ATCOenergy customers via multiple channels including phone, chat, and email
  • You\'ll ask questions, provide solutions for current and potential customers
  • Make sales for a multitude of home and business-related concerns
  • Provide residential and business support to energy customers
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Who you are:
  • You are a good listener.
  • You think quickly on your toes and trust your judgement
  • You bring that feel-good vibe with you to the office
What you have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Customer service experience: Ideally in retail, hospitality, sales, contact centres or financial services
  • Excellent command of the English language: Oral and written
  • Strong knowledge of PCs and strong keyboarding skills (min 40 wpm)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Available to work during hours of operation that span 7 days/week and flexible to move shifts
  • Comfortable with social media, smartphones, online tools and mobile apps
