5 x 2, 8-hour shifts

Key Accountabilities:



Collaborate with business units to understand business needs and position requirements to devise appropriate recruitment strategies Create and manage all requisitions and applicants through the Candidate Management System Drive Canadian Natural brand awareness by partnering with schools and career centers, student clubs, faculty and taking part of industry advisory boards within these post-secondary institutions Attract qualified candidates by managing a targeted campus recruitment strategy and executing it through sponsorships, social media, school job boards, virtual and in-person career fairs and networking events Actively participate in the recruiting process with hiring managers including screening resumes, preparing interview questions, coordinating and conducting behavior-based interviews with candidates, applying appropriate selection processes and issuing offers Provide direct HR advisory support to our student employees as their primary point of contact

What you Bring to the Role:



Relevant post-secondary degree program, complemented by at least four years of Human Resources experience in the area of recruitment and selection Strong communication skills with the ability to network with internal HR, business reps, internal leadership, external vendors, schools, and candidates Oil and gas industry experience will be considered an asset Superior organizational and project management skills are required
