We are looking for Advisors to;Excel in delivering exceptional customer experiences Work with and support our AutoCare Network Prioritize and triage incoming requests in real-time Navigate work tools with ease to address incoming requests and pending assignments Ensure databases are accurate, online and ready for daily use Have fluidity in working online or on the phone and record data attained accurately


You will be working on site at our hub in Mississauga, ensuring that any people-related issues or concerns are promptly addressed. You will foster a culture of accountability and teamwork, where every member is dedicated to enhancing the experience for both internal and external clients.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers' needs are at the heart of our operations. By achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and mastering the principles of customer experience management, including customer insight, leadership, brand integrity, and team engagement, you will help shape how our business operates.

What You'll Do:Find opportunities that promote customer satisfaction or process improvement Deliver on promises made to our clients to ensure they will be without their vehicle for the shortest possible time Help develop initiatives that promote performance or process flow improvements through the removal of detracting activities or processes Work autonomously in a digital environment Develop, manage and maintain relationships with external partners and internal business units Promote a collaborative culture within the site Provide guidance and support to clients, instilling confidence in our service Identify and monitor training needs of those we engage to ensure ease of use and business continuity Identify risks or barriers to achieving Solus Canada's goals, take ownership of issues through to resolution or further escalation, and assist the team to resolve issues themselves


What You'll Bring:Strong customer-focused background combined with excellent organizational & time management skills Best in class client engaging acumen Knowledge of insurance principles (considered an asset) Understanding of the end-to-end claims process and industry operating practices and systems (considered an asset) Knowledge of automotive parts, preventative maintenance, refurbishment, and repair practices and procedures (considered an asset) Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to problem-solve using critical thinking and all tools and assets at your disposal Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills Post-secondary education (considered an asset) Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of tools, (Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Familiarity with software supported by Mitchell or Bodyshop Connect (considered an asset)
