I am looking for a driven Outside Media Sales professional to help local businesses grow. This is not a job for someone who waits for the phone to ring--this is for someone who makes things happen.

About the Role
This is a true outside sales role--no cold calling from a desk, no remote work, no hiding behind emails. You'll be out in the Lethbridge community, walking into local businesses, meeting owners, and showing them how my business solutions can make them more money. You set your own schedule but must be available during regular business hours (9am-6pm). If you can't get out and meet people in person, this isn't the job for you.
What You'll Do
Walk into Lethbridge businesses and introduce my services
Build relationships with business owners, mostly small businesses
Identify client needs and tailor solutions to help them grow
Close deals and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
What You Need
Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
Confidence and comfort approaching people face-to-face
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Fluent English so I can communicate with you clearly. Beyond that, you're welcome to use any language that helps you connect with your clients--other languages are definitely an asset in our changing business community.

Guaranteed Security, Unlimited Upside:
You'll receive a draw against commission with a guaranteed minimum of approximately $27,300 per year (based on 35 hours per week at Alberta's $15/hour minimum wage). But let's be honest--if that's all you're making here, you're probably better off in a different line of work.

In my experience, nothing is more frustrating--or less productive--than sitting around filling out forms when you could be out meeting clients and closing deals.
