We are located in Nova Scotia and our target Market is Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada.
You'll be required to contact Businesses, in person and by phone. The primary languages spoken here are English and French and You must be fluent in English, and speaking French would definitely be an asset.
You will be responsible for setting your own hours, and in most cases sourcing your own leads. Then approaching those businesses in person or by phone. You income will be strictly from commissions of 40-50% earned on your own sales.
The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales, marketing and relationship building. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment focused on business development and customer service excellence. We've listed income potential as $35-$70K a Year, but it depends on your willingness to work and your Sales Skills. It is totally based on Commission. No hourly wage nor salary are promised nor provided. We do pay 40-50% Commission with potential for 10-20% Residual Income. All Based On Your Ability To Sell. You will be acting as an Independent Contractor.
Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outside sales efforts and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs and providing customized solutions
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction
Managing client accounts to ensure ongoing success and retention
Develop strategic plans for business development in target markets, including B2B sales initiatives
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches and promotional materials
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions
Conduct sales presentations demonstrating the value of advertising with CountryAirRadio.com
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within sales, advertising, and marketing, a Plus! Although train and support may be possible for the right person.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer relationship management tools
Knowledge of marketing strategies, advertising platforms, and sales concepts
Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities
Prior experience in sales or related fields is preferred, but not required!
Bilingual proficiency is an asset, not required
