The Advertising Coordinator is involved in various aspects of the marketing departments' activities and production of collateral.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing the duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Job Duties
Preparing the layout for the flyers;
Organizing and communicating with internal staff on flyer updates, changes and approvals;
Maintaining the marketing photos and update them as required.
Interacting with suppliers on promotions for print media;
Archiving and organizing the departments library;
Other duties as assigned.
Street Credentials
Post secondary education or equivalent experience in Marketing, Merchandising or Business.
Solid, working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Minimum of 1 years' recent experience in Advertising/Marketing

Attention to detail, together with the ability to effectively organize and prioritize work while remaining flexible and willing to meet the needs of the department.

Exceptional written communication as well as proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrates an understanding of available technologies, how to use them, and the value they provide.

The Fine Print:
Upon hire, new employees will be placed in a starting wage between the minimum and P50 (midpoint) of the wage range. The P50 of the range represents an employee that possesses full job knowledge, qualifications, and experience for the position. In some circumstances, the new employee may be eligible for compensation beyond the P50 of the salary range. Factors that influence this decision include full job knowledge, qualifications, internal equity, and experience in a similar role.
