Brandt is currently looking to fill an Advertising Account Coordinator position in our Regina, SK location.

Duties & Responsibilities


Work collaboratively with Account Management team to assist in tactical and logistical steps required for a successful project Ensure progressive stages of tactical executions are planned and approved with adequate time for completion Work with internal clients to gain necessary information for projects Manage stakeholder expectations in relation to internal team capacities and project deliverables Organize and maintain necessary records, including initiating paperwork for all projects Work with members of our creative team to develop advertising materials Coordinate media placements - shipping creative, ensuring all specs are accurate, etc. Work with various vendors for final stage production pieces Maintain positive working relationships with internal clients and external vendors Monitor and report on project statuses to various stakeholders

Required Experience

* Business/Marketing/Communications degree or diploma from University or College
