Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and qualified Security Guarding Officers to join our elite team. These officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a high level of professionalism, situational awareness, and the ability to handle complex security challenges.

Responsibilities

Protect Life and High Value assets. Fast Response and Dispatch Call outs Conduct advanced security patrols and surveillance. Monitor and respond to sophisticated security systems, including access control and intrusion detection. Perform risk assessments and develop security plans. Respond to emergencies and critical incidents with decisive action. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed. Provide high-level customer service and interact with VIPs and executives. Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records. Enforce security policies and procedures rigorously. Conduct security audits and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field. Advanced knowledge of security protocols and procedures. Proficiency in operating advanced security equipment and technology. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Valid Security Guard License and relevant certifications. Clean background check and driving record. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.

Must Have Skills

Experience in executive protection or VIP security. Advanced certifications in security management or risk assessment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities. First aid, CPR, and AED certifications.

Job Types:

Expected Hours:

Varies based on assignment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Security Guard License (required) First Aid/CPR/AED Certification (Required) More is preferred. Pal or R-Pal. (Required) UoF (Preferred)

Willingness to Travel:

Required based on assignment.

Multiple locations within the Province and any other work location with applicable jurisdiction. .
