Advanced Foot Care Nurse RPN/RN - Part-time Contract Position

Come and join our small team of footcare nurses providing services in and around the Barrie Area. We are a well-established Nursing Foot Care company providing services in our client's homes, in our clinic and in residential facilities. Enjoy developing long-term relationships with your clients and other footcare nurses.

No weekend or holiday work. Competitive compensation for time and mileage. Must have own car, including valid driver's license and current insurance.

Personal cell phone is required for scheduling and communication. Some foot care tools are required.
Satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required. Proof of TB test and Immunization required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing nursing footcare to our clients as scheduled both in home and in
our clinic or in residential facilities

Keep thorough medical records of each visit Clean and sterilize all Foot Care Instruments using our autoclave Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent oral and written communications skills (English) Ability to manage charts and ensure timely foot care to all clients Strong problem solving skills Experience with on-line charting is a plus Wound care course is an asset
Part-time 2-3 days per week

Schedule: flexible according to your availability Day time Monday to Friday
Experience: o nursing foot care: 1 year (preferred)

Current License/Certification: Must be member in good standing with the CNO - RPN or RN o Advanced Foot Care Certificate through a recognized certification course(required) o Professional Liability Protection through RPNAO/RNAO or other (required)

Work Location: On the road (Barrie and Area) and in our office

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $29.00-$40.00 per hour
