The successful candidate:
Must have a Bachelor of Education Degree Must be in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers Senior

Co-Operative Education

qualifications required

Successful secondary teaching experience preferred Proficiency with D2L preferred Understanding of virtual teaching pedagogy Experience in a Catholic school preferred Previous experience in continuing education programs an asset A working knowledge of the Ontario Catholic Graduate Expectations, Ethical Standards for the Teaching Profession, and the Standards of Practice for the Teaching Profession A practicing Catholic with a strong and active Catholic Faith life Proficient knowledge & understanding of Ontario curriculum, evaluation & assessment techniques Current in understanding of research, integrating technology and best instructional practices Effective classroom management skills and ability to create a welcoming and safe Catholic learning environment for all student
This will be a

night class

Effective Immediately - June 11, 2026, Tuesday & Thursday evenings, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

This course will be

virtually

delivered through

synchronous, two-way instructional conferencing

via VLE.

Teacher availability:
