Admissions Associate

to join our welcoming community.



In this pivotal role, you'll help families discover what makes Mulgrave so exceptional: from our innovative academic programmes to our warm, globally minded culture. You'll be a key part of the

Development team

, ensuring every prospective family feels informed, supported, and excited to join our school community.

What You'll Do




Be the face of Mulgrave for prospective families -- confidently sharing our

mission, vision, and values

. Guide families through every stage of the

admissions and enrolment journey

, offering genuine support and clear communication.

Plan and participate

in engaging events like Open Houses and community gatherings. Lead

school tours

that showcase our vibrant campus and inspiring learning environment. Provide

language support

for Mandarin-speaking families, ensuring smooth communication and a welcoming experience. Coordinate

application and assessment logistics

, manage records, and contribute to the

re-enrolment process

. Work closely with the Early Years and Junior School teams on

student visits, interviews, and onboarding

. Support the Admissions team with

data management, reporting, and annual audits

.



What You Bring




A shared belief in Mulgrave's

mission and vision

.

Fluency in English and Mandarin

, with strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills. At least

three years of professional experience

in a related field, ideally in admissions, communications, or client service. Exceptional

organisation, attention to detail, and communication

abilities. A

collaborative spirit

with the confidence to take initiative and work independently. Comfort with

MS Office, Google Workspace

, and database systems. Willingness to attend a few

evening and weekend events

throughout the year. And of course, a

sense of humour

and enthusiasm for life in a fast-paced school community!

Compensation


The base annual salary for this position is competitive and falls within the range of

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience in accordance with BC labour laws and company policies.
