Oxford College is seeking to hire a full-time experienced
Admissions Advisor
from within the education sector for its
Downtown Toronto Campus
. Successful candidates must have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to all functions of a full-time admissions representative such as:
Handling lead calls/enquiries
Booking appointments and consulting with potential candidates for the college
Recommending qualified candidates into suitable programs
Conduct tours for all clients
Enrolment/packaging recommended students and follow up
Research and determine if participation in outreach events will benefit increment of student enrolments
Establish and maintain relationships with various community members that will benefit in active promotion of the college programs
Review and prepare appropriate marketing material to be printed and distributed within the community
Promote Refer a Friend program
Actively participate in Social Media
Participate in College events
Produce reports
Provide marketing input
Participate in Job fairs, trade shows, open houses and other outreach activities related to student recruitment
Travel and visit businesses where the college programs can be actively promoted
To be present in the colleges Graduation ceremony and share the success of the graduates
Maintaining confidentiality of student information is of utmost priority
All other duties as assigned
