Admissions Advisor Student Services

Job Description

As an Admissions and Student Services Advisor, and under the supervision of the Operations and Admissions Supervisor, your primary role will be to recruit and enroll new students while providing them with personalized coaching and ongoing support. You will be responsible for converting candidates into enrolled students and fostering their success and engagement with the institution.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective students and respond quickly to inquiries (phone, email, virtual platforms, in-person meetings);
  • Conduct needs assessments and advise on programs, schedules and admission requirements;
  • Proactively follow up with prospects by using a CRM to document communications and progress;
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed listings and meet monthly and quarterly targets;
  • Organize and facilitate campus tours, open days and orientation sessions;
  • Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to support promotional campaigns and events;
  • Provide comprehensive support to registered students and coordinate student activities and cultural events;
  • Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory policies, including attendance and immigration.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, International Relations or related field;
  • Have 1 to 2 years of experience in admissions, sales or student services (ideally in the educational or language field);
  • Have a proven track record of achieving sales and prospect conversion goals;
  • Fluency in the French language (oral and written);
  • Proficiency in the English language at a professional level (oral and written).
This role involves frequent interactions with internal and external customers and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
