As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated and personable Admissions Advisor to join our team in St. John's, NL.

What You'll Do
As an Admissions Advisor, you'll be the trusted guide for prospective students--helping them envision their future at Keyin and supporting them every step of the way.
Engage Prospective Students
- Be the first point of contact for new leads, offering a warm, informative, and personalized experience.
Drive Enrollment Success
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily, host one-on-one meetings, and convert inquiries into enrollments through authentic relationship-building.
Track & Report
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs while keeping data accurate in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Showcase Program Value
- Build deep knowledge of Keyin programs and communicate their benefits with confidence and passion.
Reignite Interest
- Reconnect with leads who haven't yet taken the next step and inspire them to pursue their goals.
Collaborate & Represent
- Partner with the Marketing, Finance, and Administration teams and represent Keyin at events, webinars, and community initiatives.
What You Bring
Strong sales instincts and persuasive communication skills.
A detail-oriented, multitasking mindset with resilience in a fast-paced setting.
A genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
Willingness to learn, grow, and take coaching.
Experience in sales or customer service (education or rural community engagement is a strong asset).
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
