This position resides with the Professional Home Builders Institute (PHBI) and works alongside The Alberta New Home Warranty Program (ANHWP),The New Home Warranty Insurance (Canada) Corporation (NHWICC) and Dweller Home Services.

PHBI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Advisor to join our team immediately. In this role, the candidate will play a key part in growing existing business revenue and driving new business by identifying, engaging, and enrolling prospective students into our industry-leading builder education programs. The Admissions Advisor is responsible for continuously upholding our corporate mission and values with a specific focus to customer service delivery at all public contact points and providing information to inquiring students.

:
Under the direction of the Manager, Student Services, drive student admission efforts by researching, prospecting, and establishing leads through direct phone contact, email inquiries, off-site visits, networking, and attending builder-related and community events
+ Qualify leads and develop strategies to effectively close new and existing business opportunities in a timely manner, ensuring consistent progress towards enrollment targets.
+ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the builder community to enhance brand awareness and increase enrollment in education courses.
+ Takes the lead on the promotion, follow-up, and program documentation for individual students and/or custom training initiatives for builder clients. Communicate and assist with coordinating the requirements of facilitation for these programs with the PHBI Education team.
+ Pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions, ensuring growth in student enrollment and course engagement.
+ Support new and ongoing PHBI business relationships within assigned regions, fostering long-term partnerships with builders and clients.
+ Maintain and track conversion rates for all lead stages: from inquiry to interview, interview to enrollment, and enrollment to course completion.
+ Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment, revenue, and referral targets as established by the Manager, Student Services.
+ Adhere to all company and governmental regulations related to student enrollment and educational standards.
+ Ensure appropriate action is taken to evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues and challenges in a timely and professional manner
+ Follow up with students and businesses post-course completion to solicit feedback for continuous improvement relating to course delivery and process improvements
+ Experience or interest in building relationships with alumni and supporting alumni engagement activities.
+ Strong administrative skills to manage multiple tasks, track course inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
+ Responsible for assisting in annual budget development, accurate tracking of budget, enrollments, and other critical metrics.
+ Assist in the development of recruitment programs and collaborate with the marketing and communications team to support sales and marketing initiatives for the Institute.
+ Responsible for training partnership program administration
+ Assists with student education inquiries, as required
+ Is a PHBI department liaison with the company's corporate Financial Services Department, as required
+ Over 3 years of experience in sales, direct phone communication and Business-to-Business engagement.
+ Proven ability to build client relationships, manage accounts, and drive sales outcomes through effective communication and strategic outreach.
+ Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets
+ Track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
+ Proficiency with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and LMS (e.g. Absorb) platforms for managing course-related
Administrative:
Skills and Experience:
+ administration and student engagement.
+ Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
+ Experience in the new home building industry, admissions, or working within the post-secondary education sector would be consider an asset
Soft skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities; confident public speaking; proactive mindset; effective problem-solving; ability to perform well under pressure; relationship-building expertise; and excellent organizational skills.
Must have:
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
Travel is

25-35% of your time will be spent attending off-site events, meetings, and site visits, with occasional evenings and weekends required
