Position Overview



We are seeking enthusiastic, people-focused

Admissions Advisors

to join our in-person team. If you are passionate about helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy meeting goals, this role is ideal.

In this role, you will meet prospective students face-to-face, explain program and funding options, guide them through admissions steps, follow up on leads, and assist them until enrollment is complete. You'll also track progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with partner colleges to ensure a smooth transition for each student.

Key Responsibilities



Meet with prospective students in person to assess their goals and recommend appropriate programs Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls Make proactive follow-up calls to warm leads, referrals, and walk-in inquiries Present funding opportunities and program options clearly and confidently Use CRM tools to log communications, manage leads, and track follow-ups Consistently meet monthly enrollment targets while providing excellent service Work closely with internal teams and partner institutions for smooth admissions processing Maintain regular communication with enrolled students and ensure all documentation is updated

Requirements



Minimum 1 year experience in sales, admissions, advising, or high-volume customer service Comfortable making follow-up and outreach calls Proficiency with CRM software (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English; additional languages such as Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu are an asset Must be available to work

What We Offer



Base salary + performance-based commission

$800-$1,200 per week

Pay: $34,400.00-$65,926.96 per year
