Position Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven
Admissions Advisors
to join our
in-person team
in Mississauga. In this role, you'll meet with students face-to-face, provide guidance on programs and funding options, and help them successfully enroll.
Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face consultations with walk-in and referred clients
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls
Make cold calls to follow up with leads and prospects
Explain OSAP eligibility, government funding, and career programs clearly
Use CRM software to manage leads, update statuses, and track follow-ups
Meet monthly enrollment goals and deliver a positive client experience
Work collaboratively with internal team and partner colleges
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, admissions, advising, or call center work
Comfortable handling high call volume and cold calling tasks
Familiar with using CRM tools (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Punjabi/Hindi/Urdu is an asset
Must be available to work on-site in Mississauga (this is not a remote role)
