Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent nurturing.
Sales and Enrollment:
Conduct personalized one-on-one consultations with prospective students to identify their goals and present programs tailored to their needs.
Articulate the benefits of our courses and guide students through the application process.
Meet or exceed enrollment targets and sales goals by proactively building relationships with prospective students.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing inquiries and providing professional support throughout the admissions process.
Maintain consistent communication with students to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and academic teams to create promotional materials and events that highlight our programs.
Represent Eminent College at local events, career fairs, and workshops to engage with prospective students.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze key enrollment metrics, providing regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and trends.
Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve the admissions process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, ideally within the education or beauty industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
