If so, Kootenay Columbia College and Excel Career College are looking for an Admissions Advisor to join our team as an Independent Contractor.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with no base pay

offering 100% flexibility in working remotely. In-person presence will only be required for meetings with prior notice.
Note: All commissions will be paid once the lead meets the criteria for enrollment and payment.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum
two years
of previous experience in admissions within the education industry or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships with prospective students and effectively conveying program details.
Self-Motivated:
Must be able to work independently, set your own schedule, and meet performance goals.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and other digital tools for lead management.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to manage multiple leads, track progress, and ensure all records are accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement & Follow-Up:
Proactively reach out to potential students and follow up with leads from multiple sources (email, phone, social media, etc.) to convert them into enrolled students.
Admissions Guidance:
Provide detailed information about programs, admissions processes, tuition fees, financial aid, and other relevant details to prospective students.
Maintain Accurate Records:
Use Kootenay Columbia College's CRM and LMS platforms to track leads and document all interactions with prospective students.
Pipeline Development & Management:
Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring a steady flow of new leads and tracking the progress of existing ones.
Reporting & Communication:
Provide daily activity updates to the management team, including key metrics and conversion data.
