This position primarily operates on the Heritage College campus, contributing significantly to our Admissions Department.
Position Summary:
Duties/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following):
Researching, prospecting and establishing leads via direct phone contact, off-site visits, networking, and regular attendance at College and community outreach events.
Touring students and presenting the opportunities of attending the College.
Qualifies leads and develop progressive strategies to close new and existing business promptly.
Cultivate and enhance relationships within the community to create awareness of the College.
Collaborate with internal College departments on partner-related opportunities.
Accountable for achieving established sales/ targets/goals.
Administrative duties and support as required.
Providing sales and product information on programs and offers.
Maintaining accurate records is essential for the efficient administration of the campus.
Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Driving the recruitment efforts about admissions in the school to ensure that student enrollment is consistently filled.
Build relationships with prospective students. Conducting information sessions, evaluating student requirements, and processing enrollments.
Execute and attend recruitment events such as college fairs, open houses to engage potential students
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition from admissions to enrollment and help in student's retention.
Achieve sales targets, KPI, metrics and performance benchmarks through effective communication, follow-up, closing strategies, CRM and SOP compliance and maintaining accurate records of applicants and best admissions decisions.
Qualifications & Education (skills/experience)
This is a results-driven position and compensation is commensurate with performance. To be successful in the position, individuals must be committed to developing, maintaining, and demonstrating the following:
A diploma or a Bachelor's degree
A minimum of 1-year sales performance history with a preference in private post-secondary education recruitment agency
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Exceptional networking skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail. Above-average communication ability.
Professional and flexible attitude with a passion for helping others.
Ability to create and nurture relationships with customers through social selling.
Preference may be given to candidates with a second language in Tagalog, Cantonese, Hindi or Punjabi.
-Familiarity with CRM systems or other call management software is a plus
-Exhibits excellent organizational skills and attention to details and adapting to changing schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Must live within Calgary and the Surrounding area,
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Employees are entitled to a 30-minute unpaid break daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
