As an Admissions Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, fostering strong relationships, and supporting our mission to deliver career-focused education.

Key Responsibilities



Admissions Guidance:

Support and guide qualified applicants through the admissions process, ensuring clear communication and adherence to application deadlines.

Networking & Representation:

Represent the college professionally while maintaining strong relationships with current school partners and actively building new connections.

Student Engagement:

Connect with prospective students, build a client base, and consistently achieve monthly enrollment targets.

Marketing Collaboration:

Partner with the Marketing team to improve website content, social media presence, and promotional materials.

Event Management:

Organize and lead external marketing events, such as Open Houses and Information Sessions, to drive student enrollment.

Client Interaction:

Present a professional and positive image of the college to students, families, and partners from first contact through to a students first day of classes.

Campus Tours & Paperwork:

Conduct engaging campus tours for prospective students and ensure enrollment documentation is completed accurately.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate, confidential records of student applications, enrollments, and communications.

Qualifications



Sales Expertise:

Proven sales experience with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding monthly targets, preferred

Admissions Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of admissions experience at a Private Career College, preferred

Education:

Post-secondary degree or diploma required.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Organizational Skills:

Highly detail-oriented, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Team Player:

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
